Brandon K. Moffitt

Brandon, originally from Lexington, Tennessee, has been a resident of Arkansas since 2003 when he moved to Little Rock to attend the UALR Bowen School of Law. While obtaining his law degree, Brandon was active in the Student Bar Association and served as Class Representative, Vice-President, and President during his tenure. Further, Brandon was elected to serve on the American Bar Association — Law Student Division Board of Governors where he represented the interests of all law students from the states of Arkansas, Kansas, and Oklahoma. Brandon also participated in the law school's Litigation and Tax Clinics where he provided legal representation to clients while obtaining his degree. Brandon practices in the areas of Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Business Law, Eminent Domain, and General Civil Litigation.

Michael B. Phillips

Michael is a life-long resident of Arkansas. Born in Jonesboro in 1980, Michael grew up in Lawrence Co. on his family's rice, soybean and wheat farm. There he spent his summers learning the importance of hard work, determination, and loyalty. These are the same values that Michael now strives to incorporate into his law practice.
